Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order as quickly and securely as possible. Below you will find all information regarding processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

 

Processing time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you place your order before 15:00 CET, it will usually be shipped the same day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link within 24 hours.

 

Estimated delivery time

  • All EU countries: 1-5 business days.
  • International (outside the EU): 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance

Please note that during periods of high demand (such as holiday seasons or promotional campaigns), delivery may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping costs

  • Shipping within the European Union is always free, regardless of the order value.
  • For international orders outside the EU, a flat rate of €14.95 applies. Orders over €150 ship free worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Carriers
We work with reliable shipping partners such as PostNL, DHL and DPD. The selected carrier depends on your location and the most efficient available option.

 

Packaging
All products are shipped in protective, minimal packaging. This ensures that your order arrives in excellent condition and aligns with our minimalist brand identity.

 

Delays or delivery issues
Zongoville is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs authorities. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at info@zongoville.com. We’ll do our best to assist you.

 

Incorrect address
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
